Wonderful and efficient staff. Everyone there was helpful and spent adequate time explaining everything. Would highly recommend this clinic.
The team at Ally was great. Cici, Tami, Ginny, and Dr Pham took great care of me. Everything was explained to me and I left feeling better. Thanks for being awesome!!
The doctors and staff at Ally are amazing. They did a thorough exam and found out I had flu and pneumonia. I went to my other doctor and he just said go to a specialist which would take three weeks to get an appointment. I went to Ally instead and now on the mend.
Very good except not being able to take Medicare and my secondary insurance( Blue Cross) won’t pick it up either. I paid out of pocket. Very good service though.
The staff is incredible here! Really friendly and they take their time with you making sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have.. I’ve also been able to get in quickly.
If you have the competency to read and understand basic medical research/data and are a decent human being still opting to wear a mask during the continuing pandemic for your safety and others be warned that there’s a condescending little male nurse that wants to argue with you about it while taking your vitals even though you’re in pain!
Response to response: Don't know if you're aware but temporal (that means forehead) and ear thermometers have existed for decades. It's completely unacceptable you don't have an alternate way to take temperature, especially after three and a half years of an on-going pandemic and millions of people dead later. I'm sorry Ally never felt it medically necessary for the safety of its staff and patients to make this easy change like many medical facilities have. Do no harm means do no harm. Stop harassing people.
“Can I ask why you’re in a mask?” No the F you may not. Sorry you hate science. You’re in the wrong field.
Edit: the spread of SARS-COV-2 was never contained. As of 11/1/23 some cities have reimplemented mask mandates in health care facilities and and are set to last all the way through *March 2024* due to an increase in cases, both SARS and otherwise due to how it damages the immune system. Soon, you might not have the option to not mask.
Update 12/20. As of 12/19/202: “WHO designates JN.1 as separate COVID-19 variant of interest” AND “The WHO recommends universal masking in health facilities, with appropriate masks, respirators, and other personal protective equipment for health workers caring for patients who have suspected or confirmed COVID. The group also urged improved ventilation for health facilities.”
That means you.
🚨Update 01/03/24: per CDC & waste water tracking the USA will see 2 million+ COVID19 cases in the next week with approximately 1 in 3 people being infectious. How many of your patients will you maim by not wearing a mask? That’s if they don’t get you sick first.
Staff are very professional and caring service is quick and efficient
Ally Health was so personable, accommodating, and quick. This was the best possible experience from the front office to the medical staff.
